- ½Petit Frais Échalote & Ciboulette Organic
- 3 good firm potatoes (230g each)
- 75g liquid soy cream
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 30g of nuts
- 1 pinch of chilli
- Some aluminium foil
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Wash the potatoes and wrap each one in aluminium foil.
Bake for 1 hour.
In a bowl, mash the Petit Frais with a fork. Add the cream, walnut slivers, finely chopped shallots, chilli and pepper. Mix well.
When the potatoes come out of the oven, cut them open lengthways and fill them with the mixture.
To be served with a nice salad!
