- 30g fermenting flour
- 5g plain vegetable protein powder or more flour
- 100mL plant milk
- water, salt
- 100g brown mushrooms, cut up
- 70g cubed tofu
- 100g plain soya yoghurt
- parsley, garlic powder, salt
- 40g Petit Azur
- 60mL plant milk
- toasted pine nuts
▪️Mélanger all the ingredients for the pancakes, ending with the liquids, and cook them in a hot frying pan.
▪️Faire Bring all the ingredients for the garnish to a simmer in a saucepan.
▪️Pour For the blue cheese sauce, heat the vegetable milk and add the petit azur until completely melted.
▪️Garnir pancakes, add sauce, pine nuts and petit azur on top and enjoy 🥰
