  • 100 g of Bonne Foi de Marie Sophie L
  • 500 g cooked chestnuts
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 60 cl of vegetable stock
  • 10 cl vegetable cream
  • Margarine
  • Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

Chop the onion and cook it in a pan with a knob of margarine that covers the Good Faith of Marie Sophie L

Add the chestnuts, spices and vegetable stock.

Continue cooking on low heat for 15 minutes.

Mix with the vegetable cream

Chop the mushrooms and sauté in 2 tablespoons of margarine

Pour the soup into soup plates.

Add mushrooms and dumplings of Bonne Foi de Marie Sophie L
