- Cooked quinoa @transition_en
- Chickpeas @transition_en
- Extra walnut kernels @transition_en
- Petit Alba @petitveganne
- Cherry tomatoes
- Basil leaves
For the sauce
- Olive oil
- Crushed garlic
- Provence herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION
1- Cook your Quinoa and pour into a bowl.
2 - Add the cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, basil and walnuts.
3 - Dice the Petit Alba and add to the mixture.
For the sauce
4 - Combine the olive oil, crushed garlic, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper and pour the sauce into the preparation.
