1) Cut the puff pastry into 4 strips and then cut in the other direction to form small squares (about 12)
2) Cut the half pear into small pieces and cut thin slices of Petits Lorrain (as many as the pasta squares)
3) Place a few pieces of pear, a thin slice of Petit Lorrain and a few drops of maple syrup on each square of dough
4) Close the dough and place in the oven at 180° for 15 minutes
5) Remove the puff pastries from the oven (be careful, it's hot!)
To be eaten hot or cold as an aperitif 😉
