Ingredients
- A few slices of petit Lorrain
- a sweet potato
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- Condiments
PREPARATION
1- In a small bowl, mix water, agave syrup and olive oil.
2 - Peel the sweet potato and cut it into slices (not too thin).
3 - With the tip of a knife, draw a small grid on the sweet potato slices (front and back).
4 - Using a brush, brush the sweet potato slices with the oil, water and agave syrup mixture, then add the condiments of your choice (here I added salt and wild garlic).
5 - Bake the potato slices for 15 minutes at 180°.
6 - Once cooked, add slices of Petit Lorrain on top.
