A Little Blue

2 pears (300g)

250g of flour

½ packet of baking powder

20cl of vegetable milk

4 cl of olive oil

Salt and pepper

Cut the Petit Bleu into cubes

Peel 2 pears (300g) and cut them into cubes

Mix 250g of flour and half a packet of baking powder

Add 20cl of vegetable milk, 4cl of olive oil, salt and pepper and the cubes of Petit Bleu and pears

Mix it all together

Put the dough in a cake tin and bake for 40min at 180°.
