Petit Lorrain with pumpkin on toast

- ½ Petit Lorrain Organic

- 1/4 pumpkin, cut into strips

- ½ tsp. trapper's blend: ½ tsp. salt, pepper and nutmeg and a dash of maple syrup

- 5 mushrooms cut into strips

- ½ diced onion

- ½ clove of garlic pressed.

- 2 ciabatta breads

- A few leaves of parsley


Place the pumpkin in an ovenproof dish, season with the trapper mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.

Meanwhile, in an oiled pan, fry the garlic and onion for 3 min, add the parsley and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.

Cut the bread in half, add a dash of olive oil and toast it for a few minutes in the oven.

Arrange the slices of bread: add the mushrooms, the slices of pumpkin, a few leaves of parsley and finish with the pieces of Petit Lorrain.
