Ingredients
- 1 flambéed tart base
- 200g of soya yoghurt
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 pear
- 1 shallot
- A few walnut kernels
- Agave syrup
- Salt and pepper
- Chives
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 250°C on fan oven.
Place the tart shell on baking paper and then on the oven rack.
In a bowl, mix the soya yoghurt with the garlic, salt, pepper and chives.
Spread this mixture over the pie crust.
Thinly slice the pear and shallot and place them on the yoghurt mixture.
Cut slices of Petit Bleu and arrange them on the pear slices.
Sprinkle with walnuts and bake for 10 to 15 minutes
Your pie should be well cooked.
When you take the flambéed tart out of the oven, drizzle it with agave syrup.
