Present since always in the range of Plant-based Specialities Petit Veganne, you appreciate its pronounced character, it is the Petit Bleu!

The food field being governed by certain standards in terms of naming, our Petit Bleu changes its name to become from now on THE PETIT AZUR.

... but not of taste!

Don't worry about its composition, nothing changes! Refined taste, smooth texture, Petit Azur will satisfy your taste buds just as much 😊

You can find it on our online store, individually or in our Trio d'Affinés, accompanied by the inevitable Petit Lorrain and Petit Alba.

Tip: if you prefer Petit Azur with a strong taste, keep it in the refrigerator (between 2 and 4°C) in its wrapping paper; it will continue to ripen like a dairy cheese.
