Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C on fan oven.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1 cm thick slices.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the sweet potato slices on it. Brush them with a little olive oil.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Once the sweet potato toasts are ready, cover them with two thin slices of Petit Frais à l'Ail and two slices of pear.
Finally, place a walnut kernel in the centre of each toast.
The toast is ready!
This is a quick and easy recipe to make. The toasts can be served as an aperitif, as a starter or as a side dish!
