Ingredients

For a dozen Rolls:

- 500g pizza dough

- 80g tomato sauce

- 2 teaspoons of "pizza mix" herbs (marjoram, oregano, thyme)

- ½ Little Blue

- Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C with the heat turned up.

Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle of 25 x 40 cm (between 5 mm and 1 cm thick).

Add the tomato sauce evenly over the entire rectangle.

Sprinkle with the herbs.

On the edge closest to you, add the Petit Bleu sliced along the entire length.

To roll out the dough, start by folding over the line containing the Petit Bleu and then roll out a little at a time to form a long sausage.

Slice Rolls 2 to 2.5 cm thick, using a knife or string.

Place the rolls in an oiled baking tin. For more softness, pour 50ml of water around the Rolls and put them in the oven immediately for 15 to 20 minutes.

Tip: Store Pizza Rolls in an airtight box to keep them soft.
