Potato gratin with organic Petit Lorrain

Ingredients

- 1 kg of potatoes

- ½ organic Petit Lorrain

- 1 carton of soy cream

- ½ glass of water (10cl)

- salt and pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Peel and slice the potatoes thinly lengthwise.

Mix the soy cream, Petit Lorrain, water, salt and pepper to obtain a smooth cream.

Dip the potatoes in the mixture and place in the baking dish.

Bake for about 40 minutes at 190°C.

 

The tartiflette-style potato gratin is ready... All that's left to do is enjoy it!
