  • 80 g of Petit Frais Bruschetta
  • 200 g flour T45
  • 150 g of Whole YUMGO
  • 70 g of soya milk
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • 80 g vegetable oil
  • 50 g of nuts

For the whipped cream:

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 170°C.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the whipped cream (except those for the whipped cream)
  • Add chopped toppings(Petit Frais Bruschetta, nuts).
  • Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.

For the whipped cream:

  • Cut the Petit Frais into small pieces.
  • Add the vegetable cream and whip it with a mixer at medium speed.
  • Poach the whipped cream on the cupcakes and set aside in a cool place until ready to eat.
