Ingredients
- 80 g of Petit Frais Bruschetta
- 200 g flour T45
- 150 g of Whole YUMGO
- 70 g of soya milk
- 10 g of baking powder
- 80 g vegetable oil
- 50 g of nuts
For the whipped cream:
- 100 g of Petit Frais Bruschetta
- 100 g of full-fat vegetable cream
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Mix all the ingredients for the whipped cream (except those for the whipped cream)
- Add chopped toppings(Petit Frais Bruschetta, nuts).
- Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
For the whipped cream:
- Cut the Petit Frais into small pieces.
- Add the vegetable cream and whip it with a mixer at medium speed.
- Poach the whipped cream on the cupcakes and set aside in a cool place until ready to eat.
