Ingredients
For about fifteen cromesquis :
- 1 Organic Petit Frais Bruschetta
- 1 cup of flour (gluten-free possible)
- 25 ml vegetable milk (e.g. soya)
- Breadcrumbs (gluten-free possible)
- Hazelnut powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Prepare a bowl filled with equal parts of breadcrumbs and hazelnut powder.
Form about 15 small balls of Petit Frais Bruschetta, about the size of a teaspoon.
Roll them successively in flour, milk and breadcrumbs.
Once all the meatballs are ready, heat some oil in a pan so that you can dip the meatballs in it completely.
When the oil is hot, plunge them successively into the pan.
Fry them for 2 to 3 minutes: it is desirable that they are slightly browned! Be careful, this step is very quick!
The cromesquis can be eaten on their own as the Petit Frais Bruschetta is self-sufficient! But you can accompany them with a sauce of your choice (cold or hot), according to your preferences.
It's ready! All you have to do is eat them on their own or with a salad.
