  • 2 Beyondmeatsteaks
  • 2 wholemeal burger buns
  • Sriracha sauce (Thai hot sauce)
  • 1 Petit Bleu Organic
  • 1 onion (red or white)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • Cider vinegar

Preparation:

Caramelise the sliced onions in a frying pan and deglaze them with cider vinegar.

Heat the bread in the toaster or oven.

Fry the vegetable steaks beyond meat in a pan.

Arrange on the bread, then place the vegetables and a piece of Petit Bleu on top.

Add the Sriracha sauce.
